Our Nightly Rates for the entire property of four (4) villas, sleeping up to 16 – US $832.00 per night when booked direct with us.
Just five short years ago when we embarked on our dream to establish Carmelita Villas in the unique environment of Costa Rica, we originally created our focus around a luxurious secluded Bed and Breakfast. Our success in attracting discerning clientele, led to an increasing and regular demand for small family groups requesting to occupy our entire intimate property. Two years in, it became evident that family and friends traveling in groups, were invariably seeking a safe, secluded, intimate and luxurious getaway experience they could all share together.
In 2017 we decided to offer more availability and opportunity and today we have developed our services to enhance the benefits we can offer those groups who book with us. We most recently have set out our plans to cater exclusively to this unique travel sector. By adding separate professional catering cooking facilities and the advantage of additional group booking tours and concierge and transportation services, we are able to open exciting additions to your vacation planning.
The core experience of enjoying a luxurious getaway in a relaxing surrounding remains our prime objective. Enjoying self contained, private individual villas nestled around your own private pool surrounded by lush gardens. We are minutes away from Playa Hermosa beach and its diverse family restaurants provides a unique family vacation proposition.
In these times of cautious exposure to anyone but family members and friends, we can blend your own bespoke dream escape with the right balance of autonomy and isolation. Still while able to reach out from your base to discover one of the most ecologically diverse countries in the world.
Our nightly rate for booking our property that can accommodate up to 16; US $832.00 per night. We guarantee that there are no other properties of this caliber in the area at this price point. You will also not find these pricing on any third party site. We feel you should get the best prices we can offer when you book direct; allowing us to pass on the savings to you the guests directly and not a third party.

All rates quoted below are on a per night basis in USD.
Quoted rates does not include the 13% sales tax. Our refundable security deposit is US$1000.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking. The balance shall be payable thirty (30) days prior to occupancy. If a reservation is made with less than thirty (30) days notice, payment in full is required at the time of booking including the security deposit.
Rates quoted above does not include the 13% sales tax or any additional costs you may incur during your stay.
- Cancellation Policy: We are a small independent property and unless we can rebook your villa; we are unable to accept a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance should an incident occur that requires you to cancel your stay with us. If you need to change your dates, we will do so at no additional charges providing those dates are available .
- Guarantee Policy: All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation with a payment of 50% of the total cost for period of occupancy.
Pet Policy: We are a pet free property.
Check in Policy
Check in is at 3 pm. Eager to get in earlier; we understand! Early arrivals will be accommodated providing your villa is ready. Although we cannot guarantee early arrivals, we will do all we can to prepare the property for your early arrival. If not we will store your luggage give you a complimentary arrival drink and you can lounge by the pool go to the beach or we can make recommendations for the nearby restaurants.
Smoking Policy
We are non smoking resort, smoking is only permitted in designated and sign posted smoking areas. Our villas are 100% smoke free. A $250 fine; per night applies to anyone that smokes inside the villas.
